Stranger Things actress Sadie Sink is among the top choices for fan-casting for X-Men‘s Jean Grey. Marvel Cinematic Universe’s new X-Men film hasn’t received many updates, but Sink’s name has been in the headlines for a long time.
So far, the new X-Men film has no official actors tied to the project, although there have been several reports about different characters. Rumors have swirled that Sink, as well as Harris Dickinson and Julia Butters, are tied to the roles of Jean Grey, Cyclops, and Kitty Pryde, respectively. Josh Horowitz told the actress around the 41:15 mark, «If the internet is to be believed, you are already Jean Grey in X-Men,» to which she laughed, confirming that people have asked her about this before.
