That’s right! Audino will run as fast as its little legs can carry it if it spots you in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. You can’t even engage a wild Audino in battle! This means you need to be sneaky if you want to add this Pokémon to your Legends: Z-A Pokédex.

How to catch Audino in Zone 7: Pokémon Legends Z-A Audino location
Audino can be found in both Дикая зона 7 и Дикая зона 19 in Pokémon Legends: Z-A.

It’s a good idea to already have your chosen Poké Ball selected before attempting to catch Audino. That way you won’t risk being spotted by Audino when you’re scrolling to it in the Poké Ball selection menu.
While Audino can spawn during both the day and night, it’s a skittish Pokémon and will flee if it sees you. This includes any attempt to engage it in battle! Due to this, you’ll need to sneak up on Audino and use strong balls like Ultra or Great Balls. Make sure you’re crouching and hiding in the grass to avoid being spotted.
If Audino does spot you, then a little tear mark will appear around its head. There will be a short window of time where you can attempt to catch it, but you’ll have to be quick. Not just because Audino will vanish, but because it will start running around in an attempt to avoid being caught. Try to throw out your chosen Poké Ball quickly!
With all of that in mind, let’s take a look at Audino’s exact locations:

Wild Zone 7 unlocks after you’ve completed Main Mission 9 — ‘Chase That Mysterious Pokémon’. This means you will have to play a good portion of the game before you get the chance to catch Audino.
Audino itself spawns in the grassy area at the base of the plinth in the middle of the Zone. It will be around Level 20.
What makes capturing Audino difficult in Wild Zone 7 is that there’s always an Alpha Fletchinder sitting atop the plinth. If it spots you entering the grassy area, then this Level 32 Alpha Pokémon will start attacking you. If you’re unlucky, the resulting fight will cause the Audino to spot you and flee.
Due to this, I recommend trying to catch Audino from the tiled plaza section or sneaking into one of the patches of long grass when Audino isn’t looking your way. The latter may cause Alpha Fletchinder to spot you though, so it’s best to keep an eye on that Pokémon too.
Other Pokémon can also spawn in this grassy area. During the day you’ll see Hippopotas (ranging from Lvl 21 to 22) and, at night, Shuppet will make an appearance (typically around Level 20). An Alpha Hippopotas may also spawn and it will be at Level 32.
If Audino hasn’t spawned for you in Wild Zone 7, you can always fast travel to another location before fast travelling back to the Zone. This will cause the Pokémon to respawn, essentially rerolling your chances of having Audino to appear. It’s also a good method to try if you’ve accidentally caused Audino to flee.

Wild Zone 19 unlocks after you’ve completed Main Mission 30 — ‘Reaching Rank B’. While this Wild Zone takes longer to reach, the Audinos will be at a higher level — ranging between Level 50 to 51.
Audino will appear in both the vineyard section of this Zone and the grassy area near the pavilion. Again, you’ll need to do your best to avoid being spotted by Audino or else it will flee. Though, just like with Wild Zone 7, you can use the fast travel method to make Audino spawn.
This Wild Zone also contains Furfrou (from Level 48 to 50) and Kangaskan (from Level 51 to 52). Both of these Pokémon are aggressive, attacking you on sight, so you might want to take care of them before attempting to catch Audino. It’s also a good idea to avoid the pavilion as this is where the Zone’s Alpha Pokémon will typically spawn. During the day, this will be a Level 60 Alpha Furfrou and, at night, there will be an Alpha Clefable at Level 60.
Mega Audino in Pokémon Legends Z-A explained
To Mega Evolve Audino, you need the Audinite Mega Stone in Pokémon Legends: Z-A. This is one of the first Mega Stones you can purchase from the Quasartico Mega Shard Exchange after unlocking it and it costs 180 мегаосколков.
Once Mega Evolved, Audino will become a Normal and Fairy-type Pokémon. It certainly looks the part too…
